Why our Event Production services?
Our main service is Event Production, providing sound, lighting and operation for a range of events including; outdoor music events, fun days, theatre productions, fireworks shows, conferences, dance gala’s, fashion shows, open days, product launches, scouting events and more! Whether you need a single microphone and engineer for a few hours, or a complete stage setup for multiple acts for a week long (scouting events… we’ve done these!), we can help.
People often ask us ‘what’s the difference between Event Production, and Equipment DRY Hire?’. Event Production is the hire of equipment with our engineers to fully operate it for you. Equipment DRY hire however is the hire of equipment on it’s own, without our engineers operating it for you.
We also get asked things like “whats the best way to light up the stage for our Christmas production?” and “how should I go about mixing the sound for the band during our fun day?”. Well, the simple answer is… there isn’t one. Event Production is more than just ‘throwing’ some lights on the stage and hoping for the best, because every event is different and has different requirements.

Our engineers have a wealth of experience, and are awaiting your call to see how we can help! Although our base is in Stapleford, Nottinghamshire, we cover the whole of the UK. Most importantly, all of equipment is regularly PAT tested and safety tested, to ensure a safe working environment for you, your guests and our staff. As standard with all packages, we give you the opportunity to meet with us at your venue. This helps us gain a better understanding of what you are looking for. The meetings aren’t there for us to try and sell you things you don’t need, they are there to make sure that on the day of your event, everything runs smoothly and is planned right down to the last details.
